The Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce sincerely appreciates all you do each and every day to prepare students for a lifetime of success. 2018 United Way, Employee Campaign April 16-27, 2018
United Way Suncoast fights for the education and financial stability of every person in our community. By investing in the people in our community through workplace’s United Way annual campaign, HCPS's employees join the fight to make our region a better place for all. Bloomingdale High School's culinary department celebrated the state winners of the Fresh from Florida Student Cook Off with Gianna (Gigi) Rivera and Tony Alvarez. They are preparing for the national cook off in Kentucky in May and as winners of the Fresh from Florida Cook Off, both Gigi and Tony earned scholarships from the Florida 529 Savings Plan, a day in the kitchen with celebrity chef Art Smith, and their dish will be served in cafeterias across the state next school year. BT Washington ELL Home Literacy Night
B.T. Washington Elementary School held its first Home Family Literacy Night for English learners and their families. The evening ended with educational supplies and books for the students and gifts for the parents.

Hillsborough Choice Options Application Period

The Magnet and School Choice application period for the 2018-2019 school year for Hillsborough County Public Schools will open at noon on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 and close on Tuesday, April 24, 2018. Families that have questions can contact the Choice Information line at 813-272-4692.
