Toyota of Tampa Bay will host a special event on June 4, 2017 called A Perfect Car for Perfect Attendance to honor seniors with at least one year of perfect attendance while in high school. Invitation letters have been sent home to qualifying seniors. Toyota of Tampa Bay will be giving away a new Yaris to one lucky senior. To verify your student has qualified, you may search the Perfect Car for Perfect Attendance List (CTR+F) consisting of all students who have qualified.

The 2017 Safe Summit event, hosted by Safe & Sound Hillsborough, will be held on Saturday, June 3rd at 9:00 AM at the University Mall. This inaugural event will bring residents from all over Hillsborough County together with community agencies, healthcare professionals, law enforcement, support services, private sector and faith based leaders, with a focus on healing our communities and developing strategies and solutions to prevent violence from spreading in Hillsborough County.

Registration for the Hillsborough County Public Schools’ 2017 Summer VPK Program is now open. To be eligible, your child must be 5 by September 1, 2017 and born between February 2, 2011 and September 1, 2012. Child may not have previously participated in a VPK program.
Digital learning is accessible to all HCPS students regardless of household income as part of the new Internet Assist Program offered through our partnership with Charter Communications-Spectrum Cable. Originally offered through Brighthouse Networks as the Connect2Compete initiative during the 2014/2015 school year, Charter will offer 30/4 Mbps at $14.99/month for eligible customers.
